Payment Policy

Your payment will be confirmed within 10 minutes of placing your order. We ensure a secure and seamless payment process for all our customers.

Dispatch Policy

Our products are handcrafted, we may need to make your order. We usually ship orders within 48 to 72 hours. You will receive a message once the order is dispatched, along with an email notification.

Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order within  7-10 days. Shipment status updates will be sent via SMS, so you can track your order at every step.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Our products are handcrafted, there can be minor differences in the products received. The orders can be cancelled if we ship a wrong product or in case of transit damages, in such cases a full refund will be processed in 3-4 days.

  • The orders cannot be cancelled in any other circumstances.

Return/Refund Policy

  • If you return an item, our delivery partner will notify you via SMS once your request is processed. Refunds will be initiated as soon as the product reaches our warehouse (5-7 days).

  • In case of damaged products, refunds will be provided the same day we receive the product (with an unboxing video).

  • If incorrect products are sent, the correct product will be dispatched after we receive the return (5-7 days). Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the return.

Note: You must notify us within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
